Thank you for shopping with Shopsoundmotion. We want you to enjoy your new artwork, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and unmounted
- Returned with all original packaging

The return address is provided upon request to ensure items are sent to the correct fulfilment centre based on your order.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
In these cases, we cover the return cost or provide a replacement at no charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
- Your order number
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approval takes: 3–5 business days
- Refund appears in your account: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items
- Custom or made-to-order artwork (if added later)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If already dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must go through the return process after delivery.
